It is also known as a fishing town.Daman was an erstwhile Portuguese colony and now it is a industrial hub, it is the capital of of the union territory of Daman and Diu. It is a border town on Gujarat-Maharashtra. During this tour you will explore the major heritage sites along with crumbled remains, World Heritage Sites, forts, mosques, temples and palaces along with the other major attractions of this region. The duration of the tour is 11 nights and 12 days, covering Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Jambughoda, Uthelia, Bhavnagar, Diu and Daman.
Itinerary
Day 01: Ahmedabad (Arrival)–Jambughoda (By Road-173 Kilometres)
Upon arrival at Ahmedabad airport/ railway station, meet our representative, after welcome, drive to Jambughoda. On arrival, check in to your pre booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.
Overnight stay at Jambughoda.
Day 02: Jambughoda Sightseeing
Today after breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Jambughoda, explore Jambughoda Wildlife sanctuary. Then proceed to visit Bhilala and Bayaka tribal villages to witness the traditional culture and lifestyle.
Stay overnight in the Jambughoda.
Day 03: Jambughoda– Utelia (By Road-204 Kilometres)Sightseeing
Post breakfast, leave by road for Uthelia via Champaner. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to more than hundred architectural edifices. Upon arrival at Utelia, check in at your pre booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.

Day 04: Utelia– Bhavnagar (By Road-104 Kilometres)(Excursion Tour)
Post breakfast in the morning, excursion to Harappan Era, located at Lothal. It is one of the most prominent cities of the ancient Indus valley civilisation, dating from 3700 BCE.
Thereafter, proceed towards Bhavnagar, a historical town. In the evening, visit the Museum and the local markets.

Day 05: Bhavnagar – Palitana –Bhavnagar (By Road-55 Kilometres)(Excursion Tour)
Today early morning, drive towards Palitana. On the way, visit Shetrunjaya Hill, located at 2000 feet. The town has approximately 863 temples with carved pillars, arches and ornamented idols, which dates back to the 11th century.

Day 06: Bhavnagar –Diu (By Road-201 Kilometres)Sightseeing
Today after having an early breakfast, proceed to Diu. Once you Reach Diu, Check in to the hotel.Diu is a town in union territory of Daman and Diu, located at the eastern end of Diu Island. This region was dominated by the Portuguese, hence this place is renowned for its ancient Portuguese Cathedral along with the ruins of other architectures. Evening visit to the Nagoa beach.
Day 7: Diu Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to visit the major Sightseeing around Diu includes Nagoa Beach, St. Pauls Church, Diu Museum, Diu Fort. Watersports include Para Sailing, water skiing, water scooter, Family boat and speedboats are on offer at Ahmadpur Mandvi beach.
Day 08: Diu– Ahmedabad (By Road-375 Kilometres)Sightseeing
After having an early breakfast, proceed for Ahmedabad by road. On reaching Ahmedabad, check-in at your hotel. Post lunch, proceed for sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad, and visit the Calico Museum of Textile. This is one of India's finest specialized museums. Then visit the other major tourist attractions such as the Gandhi Ashram, Sidi Sayed Mosque, Bhadra Fort and the Kankaria Lake.

Day 09: Ahmedabad – Daman (By Road-80 Kilometres)Sightseeing
Have your breakfast and check out from the hotel and then drive to Daman. It will take 2hrs approx. After reaching Daman, check into your accommodation and relax. Then in the afternoon, explore the Devka Beach and Jampore Beach. After that return back to the hotel and relax.

Day 10: Daman
Have your breakfast and proceed for the local sightseeing of Daman. In the afternoon, take your lunch and then continue for the remaining sight-seeing. After the end of the tour, return back to the hotel and relax.
